LUNCH UNDER THE PERGOLA


If you've had enough of being a tourist and would like to sit down and slow things down a bit, why don't you join us for a visit of our little farm, Meet&Greet with the goats, our guardian dogs, and a thorough explanation of how our cashmere is produced, followed by a simple lunch under our pergola, with a view of the Volpaia valley below....your private tour begins at about 11 am, lasts about an hour - hour and a half, followed by a liesurely lunch as described below:

Local cheeses from our sheep and goat herder friends on neighboring farms, wine from our neighbor's organic vineyard, meats from our pig farmer neighbor, fruits and veggies from the local farmers' market, and a chance to unwind from the craziness and slow down

We're not 'cooks' and certainly aren't interested in doing yet another 'cooking school' experience for you - we put together the best fresh, seasonal local produce available and hope you take away a new appreciation for the goodness and simplicity of Italian farm hospitality

2024: we have moved our lunches to 'Under the Pergola' - same spectacular view of the Volpaia valley from a slightly different angle
