Book a group visit and learn about: the basics of cashmere goats, what they are, how they are raised, how we use our LGD (Livestock Guardian Dogs) to protect our livestock from the local predators, how we harvest their lovely fiber and how it is processed into a finished garment. On request, we can organize spinning, weaving, or knitting CLASSES with our Italian artisan collaborators.
We organize unique visits for students of all ages, from play school through graduate schools, knitters, weavers, spinners and other fiber enthusiasts, wildlife friendly folks and those interested in learning more about our methods of Non-Lethal Predator Control, groups who commercialize cashmere and want to know how it is really produced, livestock breeders, or just 'ordinary' people curious about our work!
