2015 yarn and knitters' kits

Like all natural, quality products, each season's Cashmere harvest varies, depending on the temperature, rainfall, length of the season, and so on. In our case, every year's harvest of Cashmere fiber, which is collected by hand-combing each goat individually every spring, will, first of all, be a slightly different color, according to the proportions of light, medium or dark goats in our herd.
Since we do not usually dye our yarns, this means that every year's 'batch' of cream - silver - brown will differ slightly from year to year, and no two years will produce the same shades of natural, seductively subtle and tender colors.
No chemical dyes can really match the sophisticated beauty of naturally occuring Cashmere, and "natural" never goes out of fashion!

The photographs on this page illustrate our yarns, and some finished hand-knit articles that you can knit yourself at home
Two-ply lace-weight yarn available in three natural colors: cream, "oat", and cocoa. This year's middle color is a spectacular, warm "Cappuccino" color.
We prepare our lace-weight yarn into 50 gram pre-washed skeins along with various patterns to go with it
We also offer a super-deluxe felted KNITTER'S CARRY-ALL fitted with pockets for your knitting needles, pin cushions, tape mesures, and whatever you need to carry with you, lined in satin and bound in leather with an over-the shoulder leather strap. Created from local sheep's wool and hand-sewn in Italy
SUSTAINABLE, because they are produced from renewable Italian raw materials, grown and harvested (or bred and grazed, as in the case of the sheep's wool) in Italy, and then sewn by Italian craftsmen to create RE-USABLE, long-lasting articles that you will use over and over.

An investment in SUSTAINABLE CASHMERE is an investment in the same environment that produces it
