That little stone ruin is still there on the side of the hill – rebuilt piece by piece, terracotta tile at a time. The first goats tethered to a tree are now a herd of genetically superior Cashmere Goats with sophisticated blood lines and exotic names and allow us to produce a limited number of unique hand-woven pieces. That first bar of hand-wrapped soap has now evolved into a complete line of skincare products made from our very own Cashmere Goat’s milk. And more importantly, the challenge to create a sustainable and economically viable alternative life style has become a reality.
