Cashmere Goat's Milk Skincare

Our line of skincare products was born of necessity - our Cashmere goats were too few then (1995) to produce enough fiber to sell, and our goats were producing too much milk for their babies - and VOILA' !  Why not use some of that rich, creamy, wonderfully luxurious, sweet-smelling milk to nourish the skin?  It had certainly been done before (see Cleopatra), but with milk from a CASHMERE GOAT??!!

It took a bit of coaxing and coaching and cajoaling, but in the end persistence prevaled, and we finally convinced an artisan soap maker (first we had to find him, but that's a whole different story!) to experiment, and first we made handmade soaps, driving the fresh goat's milk directly to his workshop where he poured it, frothy, into his big vat........once the soap had matured and could be cut into squares and rectangles, we hand-wrapped in on the kitchen table, and ECCO!  the finished product!

Little did we know then about the superior quality and healing properties that our skincare products would have:  not only do they clean every type of skin gently but  thoroughly, over the years we have earned a following of people of all ages with particularly sensitive, irritated or problem skins, who have come back repeatedly to buy our soaps and then lotions and creams.  Even in cases of chronic psoriasis and eczema, many people find that our Cashmere Goat's milk is a natural help for  what are often complex and difficult skin conditions:    no perfumes, no colorings, just pure, healthy Cashmere Goat's milk.  Give it a try
